Yes bav, as Sh*tski pay over the odds for every player, we should make damn sure they do the same for SG. If real rate him at £35, Sh*tters can pay £50m. It worked with Drogba.

last season i had the home shirt with gerrard 17 on.
only for the spineless :censored:

to change to 8, so me bein' loyal and true to my club i decided to let 'im off and get the new one, while wearin the outdated top for things like...washin' up or doin the ironing in. or even once i had it on when i went to court.
the NEW top i wore for EVERYTHING else. including work!
i was that proud of the lad i never had the damn thing off!!!

What a cheeky c**t, talking last after the draw about how we need to show them respect when WE play them. If hes been upset for 6 weeks why the hell didnt he come out and say it after we had just won it. We would have had more respect for him that way rather than doing an Owen and shooting off a week before the season starts. F*** him, in Rafa we trust is what i say.

we have to use this situation to our advantage, both teams want him, and i wouldnt be surprised with barcelona or an italian team commin in, but they wont have enough money, but a bidding war will start and the price will go well beyond £40m, we shouldnt accept players from any sides unless we really need them, we have to do this deal on our terms

I'm not really surprised that he wanted to leave for more money as he is entitle to make as much as he can. But I honestly think his departure will make our team even stronger because we now have one team only and is not Stevie's team anymore. In fact, really glad to hear this news as we need to put this to an end. I think Rafa tried to treat everyone the same but Stevie definitely wanted some special treatment and wanted to be above everyone else. He is not getting his way and he knows in the back of his mind that Alonso is a threat to him as Alonso had gotten more spotlight and would get even more exposure. Anyway, I think it is normal for a person to jump to a higher offer (under normal circumstances if you treat it as a job in a corporation) but its really a different story when talking about football. We as fans are the boss as we are paying his salary. We even made him the highest paid player on the team. LFC had treated him fairly with class and respect but we end up getting screwed. So, SG has a whole new meaning now and I believe his initial should now stand for "So Greedy" Gerard.

thank God i had my name printed over the no.8.. but i did get 8 becoz of him..W.anker!! but after reading all these angry posts i have calmed down..hope the new no.8 will be an amazing player and i am already gettin ova SG becoz i kno rafa will put the money to good use.. and with CARRA as captain..then we know the captain aint goin to stab us on our backs.. definetely CARRA for captain!!

liverpool have made it crystal clear that they want to keep Steven at Anfield. Sadly, he has told lfc and the fans this afternoon that he will not accept the offer of an improved and extended contract because he wants to leave Liverpool. lfc very much regret the decision he has taken. bye we know we can play with out u we proved it with owen now we will prove it to u
