You never know with cops, even if you are not directly involved you can get convicted of something.

So youve never gone on the ale with your mates then. The lad didnt go out looking for trouble it happened he was there . It happens sometimes. It could of been the pope having a bevvie in the same place an if something kicks off he would of been nicked an all. Why shouldnt he be out at 2-30 the lad most prob had a day off today
