Game plan for tonight

Ok whats the plan for tonights game

My opinion, is that we will see a similar game plan too the one we played against Juventus at home. I think we have to put chelsea under early pressure to set the tone of the game. I think Benitez will be looking for a goal in the first 20 mins and then hold out.

Obviously this is risky but every plan has its risks. If we get to half time 0-0 then i think we will be forced to defend and counter in the 2nd half because a goal for them will mean curtains. The first 20 mins is crucial and i am confident we can get something.

If (god forbid) chelsea score a goal we will have to keep it tight until half time then put on the most attacking players we have.

I think the same. we should go all out 1st half, quick passing, putting pressure half and keep them penned in.

Then if we get 1 or 2 goals by half time, sit back and keep chelsea out, which we are more than capable of.

hopefully hamann is playing.

The players should put everything in this game, some of them will probably never have this chance to be in the champions league final again and lpool might not get the chance for a long time, the players have to concentrate and put every bit of effort and energy into this match, keep going at chelsea and close them down very quickly when they have the ball. With enough hard work and heart we can do this and from what i have heardfrom the players i believe we are ready for it. chelsea wont know whats hit them

If johnson is playing ... we should attack him because he's the weakest link ...
