You can print an application form from the official site,but you cant fill one in on line.

I heard it takes a while to actually get your card? I've got a fancard number from my e-season ticket.

I have a fancard number too, i got the email a few weeks back about e-season ticket holders having to have a physical card. I applied around 6 weeks ago and still I haven't seen anything through the post
