Bad Bob wrote:Gerrard on the right is a waste if there's no one in the middle that can get him the ball out wide.  All he does then is drift inside and expose Finnan.  The central midfield pairing has to change.  Gerrard needs to be moved inside and one of the other two has to come off.  Mascherano is the better player but he's spent the last two weeks jetting around S. America and has played 180+ minutes for his country.  He will fade as this game goes on.  I'd take him off, keep Sissoko on and bring on Pennant.  I'd give that team 10 minutes to make more of an impact offensively and if the strikers still aren't getting chances, I'd bring Babel on for Kuyt.

FOR :censored: sake give Rafa a ring Bob

That say's it all really....

C'mon Liverpool..... remember whose colours you're wearing.... It's not over yet but it will be if we don't FARKING improve in the 2nd half!

No its far from over but he HAS to change it, especially in midfield. No creativity from to defensive midfielders and Kuyt who looks as slow as a snail at the moment

Honestly, we'd be sitting alright if Gerrard didn't drift into the centre and stay there. Obviously Rafa has instructed this, as there was no change even after Everton consistently bombed down the right. It's wrecked the whole balance of the team. If Gerrard stuck to that side and marshalled it like he should, then those gaps would not appear.
