Sorry, Phil, but you ARE an inspiration whether you like it or not mate!   :D

And as people have said, we all want to know how you are doin', so don't for a moment think about not keeping us up to date.
It is marvellous, with what you're going through, that you would take the time to come on here and post, and we still get treated to your sense of humour which hasn't deminished at all.
Good on you.
As Sabre says, take it easy and don't do too much, and I hope the op goes ok and also your time in the care home.
At least you know we are all thinking of you and wishing you well and hoping that you beat this thing.
You are one VERY special person (who I've been privileged to know through here) - and don't you forget it!

So take it easy, fella, our thoughts and prayers are very much with you and Karen.

love to you both.

Phil - your posts are very humbling.

It's so easy to get negative about life when things don't seem to be working out - but after reading your plight it makes you realise that those worries are actually small potatoes.

Stay strong Phil. YNWA

thing is i will still need 6 other fillings and caps doing plus loads of enamal work they wont do.The hospital facial surgeons only do extraction and normal nhs dentists wont touch me because i have brain cancer. So all my chewing teeth are coming out to be left with front teeth that are equally painful.
GOD KNOWS how i am suppose to eat after.
nobody will put me asleep as i wont wake up...........

its going to be a nightmare.

hang in there fella....i know it might not feel like it now, but they're doing all this to help.

As has been said, reading what you're going through (and with such bravery) really makes you realise that there isn't any point in stressing over stupid little things.

I read the other day that you planned to do some legal stuff against them. I don't know up there but here the medical staff are super corporativist (not sure if this is english, means that they defend each other hiding their mistakes eachother).

But if they have apologised I guess that means that they actually ADMIT that they were negligent? Apologises won't pay the many costs of the all class of treatment you've received, so perhaps to sue them via legal courts way is a good idea.
