Surely the hospital must do something for you, Phil, after all they are meant to alleviate suffering and they have a duty of care.
And I know that lack of sleep is terrible, but toothache is worst!

I hope you get some results from them before you have to go back in six weeks, so at the very least you may be able to sleep at night.

All credit to you, Phil, that you are still on here and exhibiting your brilliant sense of humour, even with what you are having to put up with and you know we all love you and are all behind you.
So, thinking of you and do hope it gets sorted out as soon as possible for your sake.

You're worth our support, mate.

If you were a c*ck, no-one would care, but as you're one of the best-loved members on here, you'll always have our support and be in our thoughts.

Don't forget mate it's you who made yourself as liked on here as you are - not your illness.  :)

So true Lando, so true.

Phil, really don't know what to say to you these days as its either been said better by someone else or I think it'll sound patronising, but it's great to have you back posting on here :)

Hiya Phil!

Like John I haven't posted much to you of late as I don't always know what to say that hasn't been said a hundred times over.  It is brilliant that your back posting with us, giving people what for, etc.  I lurked on these boards many months before signing up and your posts always cracked me up so I was gutted to hear about your illness.

Wish I could say I can't imagine what you're going through but I'm with my Dad at the moment, who's got ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) and it's damn hard watching him struggle.  He's a trooper like you though, mate, and I take strength from that.

Keep your chin up and keep smiling...the mighty LFC are in action again soon!  You'll Never Walk Alone Mate! :buttrock

Oi Phil,

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, and like many others here I believe that you can do this. We all believe in you and people like Lando want to help as much as they can.

Keep going, ''impossible is nothing''

Sincerely,

A.B.

Good to hear you've sorted all the 'details' out Phil, but keep fighting...i'm sure they won't mind if you pet your funeral back a bit....say 15 years  :)

Just so you know Phil, you're never far from my thoughts lad, and you continue to be one hell of an inspiration. I know you have to be "sensible" and make arrangements for every eventuality but try to stay positive if at all possible pal, I really have a feeling Rafa's gonna lead us to that title this year and you've simply GOT to be around to see that!!

Love to you and Karen,

Mike.
