DRUMMERPHIL'S THREAD - DONATIONS, PRAYERS AND GOODWILL MESSAGES

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Postby Sabre » Mon Jun 05, 2006 3:00 pm

I really needed to hear this, I'm having hectic days of work and finishing my career and sleeping few hours. This gives me strength, lots of strenght and happiness.

The consultant will probably stick to pessimistic deadlines because he don't want put the hopes up, but I hope that just us the cancer of a friend's father, that he was initially given 12 months, he'll be up and living more than 5 years (and he's still leaving pretty well).

COme on Phil!

I was stuck on the train to work this morning for 3 hours. It's supposed to take just over 40 minutes. I was jammed against the window as there was a woman next to me the size of a f*cking whale, with some of the worst BO I've ever had the misfortune of encountering. It was so bad, there were haze lines coming off her, and you could literally taste sweaty fat b*tch seepage in your mouth.

It was the worst morning I've had so far this year, and I moaned for an hour or two about it when I got into the office, inbetween trying to get the taste out of my mouth with fizzy Chewits and Airwaves chewing gum.

Then, I did the rounds online of all the sites I keep track of, and before I'd even clicked the LFC Newkit link on my favourites, I felt such a c*nt for feeling so hard done by. I knew what I was going to read in this thread, and I realised that however annoyed I felt or how close I came to throwing up my Marmite on toast, it's a picnic compared to what Phil and his family are going through every single day.

So yeah. Then I got over it and started laughing about the whole thing.

She did f*cking stink though. :D

Great news, get that lad home for the world cup that'll spark him up, especially if the red-lads put on a good show. A take away from Mr Ali's there on Banks Road might do the trick as well......:D
