i know he was like a headless chicken at times

but also at times he was a great option to have

let him get back to full fitness on loan, then we will have him back for next season.

or is it all over for cisse?

cause i would honestly take him over bellamy

i just hope the same thing doesnt happen thats happened with morientes

as soon as he leaves he suddenly becomes world class again (it makes us look like we havent a clue how to get the best out of players)

Started training last week. Should be back within 4 weeks.  Marsielle really need him.  They have started well this season.  2nd in the league but everytime I watch them you can see they need Cisse in the side. They got hammered yesterday to Lyon at home 4-1.  Juninho hit another amazing free kick. The guy is a genius.

Anyway back to Cisse.  What happens if he has a really prolific season at Marseille?  Going by recent comments I dont think he would even come back if Rafa wanted him.  His happy with the club but feels Rafa held a vendetta against him.

Cisse isn't a footballer, just a sprinter who will score goals for average teams in average leagues.

Anyway, he has burned his bridges by lambasting Rafa in the French papers last week, so we can safely say he'll never be at Liverpool again, at least not while Rafa is manager.

i was wondering how long it's take for someone to ask this.

I think as long as Benitez is manager there's little chance of Cisse coming back and as there's little chance of Benitez going anywhere soon we may as well not even consider the option!

TBH in our current form i couldn't see Cisse making any difference as he had less motivation than most when things were going badly. When the team pick up so will our strikers, it's a 'team' problem at the moment not one particular player.

What about Pongelle?  His another player who wont want to come back just to sit on the bench again.  His actually doing alright in Spain and no doubt has ability.

its weird cause i have watched cisses goals for his old club

and i have watched kuyts goals for his old club

and they both like to hit the ball as hard as possible when clean through or have a clear chance

we really need a finisher who likes to place.........owen, henry, fowler (in his prime)

im worried

and how many has bellamy scored for Liverpool so far?  I dont think he will score as many as Cisse did last season even though he will play more games up front.

looking at cisses goals for his old club it seems when hes confident he is very natural and brilliant finisher

maybe he just never got the support from his manager to get the best out of him....

Thats exactly what happened.  Strikers thrive on confidence.  I have no problem with Raga letting Cisse go if he dont belive his good enough.  However Bellamy isnt the answer instead.

Don't agree at all, Bellamy could definitely be the answer if given a run of games in the starting line up. He's scored plenty in the premiership previously and will do in the future.

We need to play to his strengths though and at the moment we're not doing so.

Cisse's back where he belongs now and that will suit both him and LFC down to the ground.  Let's move on, shall we?

Many of Cisse's goals came in relatively minor games.

Bellamy is a better player than Cisse.
