Most people called him Jaffa, we used to call him Cigar...

Last time I saw him he was working in the Post Office in the Strand.

its true, i dealt with him loads when i was in the police. he is a nuisance. he used to ask to feel your muscles, bit of a weirdo.
i was in town once with my nan and he came over to say hello to me, bear in mkind i was in the police at this point and my nan was in her 80's. anyway she told him to f@ck off. bless her
