  We didnt win it-no and thats simply because Liverpool were the better team on the day! Theres no shame inthat!

Noone is gonna throw a game for a few quid...it just wouldn't happen. You get more money depending how far down the league finish too so every team would lose the last game if they were already down to get more cash, nahhh I don't buy it. And Everton had no choice but to sell Rooney like we had no choice to sell Owen...and for £27mill I think Everton have done a bloody good deal. He is totally unproven, hardly scored in the prem and had one good tornament (Milan Baros anyone?) He has potential and MIGHT be a great player one day but I am hoping he gets himself sent off a few times, falls out with Fergie and his career goes down the pan!!
