He's more consistant than Dudek. We need another goalkeeper, whether we buy one or get on a loan.

How much do you think asking price will be?

Didnt Chelsea have about six keepers at the start of this season?!

I think Cudicini cost Chelski about £6m so I think we could get him from about £4m which isn't bad considerin the price of keepers these days :;):

It would be a great deal , thing is would we have 4million to spare ?
If we got that young lad from Lynn and Cudiccini and sold Dudek for a few million then that would help pay for them, would of been more but kirkland is injured .

Id like to see Cudiccini at Anfield, and Stu, i dont know what keeper you think is overrated, but either way, you're talking BS.

We would have 4M to spare after the sale of Kirkland ?

Dudek would probably fetch 2M.

Cuddicini is better than both of these

Cudicini is overated. I don't rate his handling, kicking or distribution.

I personally don't think he's any better than Dudek.

Said at the start of the season we needed a new keeper, and Niemi and Cudiccini were my first picks. I think it was after the Bolton game.

Dudek is unreliable and unable to control his penalty area. Kirkland is worth the long term investment, but being injury prone means we need someone that provides first team pressure.

Niemi for me as he's got a bit of the Peter Schmeical about him, but he's also more injury prone than Cudiccini.

Stu if you think Cudiccini is overrated and dont rate his handling kicking or distribution then that doesnt say much for our keepers, particularly Dudek.

I think Dudek once was superior to Cudiccini, but that was back in his debut year for the reds and things have since changed.

i heard we are trying to buy the oman international keeper from lyn in norwat. i think this is just stupid cos we could get niemi or jaskalainen for cheap

The Bolton keeper is no improvement over both Dudek or Kirkland mate, so that would be stupid too.

Yeah, suppose so but it would be better to wait to see if Southampton relegated and it would be cheap to buy Niemi if Liverpool keen to sign him and it will be a lot of stiff competition from different clubs who are interested in Niemi. I am not surprised about that.
