I am really touting Bellamy here because I don't think most of the people that are slagging him actually watched him play this year. They have just heard about his "troubles" (which are falling out with Souness and picking a fight with Shearer via text message ~who can really blame him). Bellamy really can do everything reasonably well: he is good in the air, he can hold the ball up, he is exremely fit, he is a good finisher, he can score from distance, he is pacy, he is great at timing runs, and he is good at setting up chances for his mates. He really likes working the channels on the behind the fullbacks to open up space in the center (NONE of our strikers have done that this year).
The only thing that concerns me is his attitude in the locker room. He has a reputation for pushing himself extremely hard and never giving up, but he is also known for bitching at his teammates. Steven Reid called him a "moaner" because he demands a lot from his teammates. However, with a 6m dollar price tag it would be insane not to buy him. He will make a huge difference next year.

Life is funny ... but for this bellamy issue ... its already almost done deal ...

Just like most of us on here don't understand why you love Cisse so much knowing how badly he plays on the field.
Maybe you just get caught up with all the Cisse advertising you see around or issit the computer games you play

Did i just said " Welcome to Liverpool , Bellamy"
I'm not sure why you brought this up
Bellamy is a proven player in the premiership. He hasn't got himself in trouble since joining Rovers and hope that continues if he joins liverpool.

A footballer's private life should have nothing to do with his footballing career. As I said I'm sure George Best's off the pitch lifestyle wasn't great same for Maradona, does that matter? Shouldn't it be about what a player does on the pitch? Bellamy is a good player and we should sign him, regardless of what he does at home.
