As someone has opened this thread, apparently the winner of the World Club Championships will get 2.5 million. Not bad for a couple of games. I think we should go and win it. Let the reserves play the FA cup match.

I think there are six teams in it.
The tournament starts off at the quarter final stage. As Champions of Europe, we get an automatic place in the semis - as do the South American Champions (who go into the other semi).
If we win, we play in the final. And if we lose, we play against the loser of the other semi for the honours of third and fourth place. So no matter what happens, we will definitely be playing two matches.

Only Sao Paulo will present problems.

Sydney FC will be no trouble. As long as they realise this is soccer and not rugby.

Deportivo Saprissa sounds like an alcoholic beverage. Once, Manhattan's uncle drank something like that in Mexico and had to spend the rest of the vacation on the toilet. So LFC should NOT accept any drinks like that. If they bring their own bottled water, they'll have no problems.

Asia will prolly be represented by a J-League team. We will beat them with no problems. As long as LFC don't stay up too late watching Anime Porn.

The African team won't be an issue. The Burkina Faso Premiership isn't too strong.

Antarctica's representative may be a concern though.

Once we become World Champions, then it's on to the Galactic Championship.

Liverpool versus Mars.

Mars have got a really weak defence, I reckon we'll batter them.
The away fixture should be easier to get to than the Ataturk Stadium too.
