1st goal he did not blow his whistle when lucas got fouled
2nd he gave the foul that wasn't a foul
3rd he did not blow when lucas got fouled plus anelka was involved in the game

he allowed them to bring the game into disrepute by diving and even rolling onto the pitch when "injured" off the pitch

the worst ref i've seen in a long time.

he decided the game

3 minutes of injury time? plus Drogba was rolling around for 2 of them and he didn't add any time, AND there was a sub, which automatically adds an extra 30 seconds.  SHould have been 6 or 7 minutes of added time.

The year we won it and beat chelsea at anfield through Luis Garcias goal. The ball was in play throughout the match and 6 minutes magically appeared as extra time. Makes you wonder doesnt it?

The ref was a joke but people won't remember that. Time to move on and get through tomorrow. Then a massive game at home.

We all hate Dogbark for being a bloody disgrace to his profession in the highest order...but I'm sure we all noticed that he was playing to the ref's tune all night long. If only we had a stronger ref imagine what a game it will be. I'm so proud of our boys I wouldn't want any of them stood so low as Dogbark just to win a game...one day someone will just give it to him the right payback :;):

I'll admit, I'm a bit angry, not at any Liverpool players though.  As far as LFC go right now, I'm proud of each and every one of them.  I am really disappointed regarding the officiating.  I hate ref bashing and usually I think it's a poor excuse to explain away a poor result.  But tonight, Well, have at him, he was atrocious.

I just have one other thought, considering tomorrow and its significance, any arguements and player criticism should be left for Thursday.  Let's show some respect.

I won't celebrate Rafa going........ but I will be over the moon if Dalglish comes in. League within 2 years if he gets the job, AND YOU CAN QUOTE ME ON THAT.

Beside the Hillsborough Flame, I heard a Koppite mournin, "Why so many taken on that day?" Justice has never been done. But their memory we'll carry on. There'll be Glory Round The Fields Of Anfield Road

Great effort and very unlucky, Alonso is just class and I  hope Messi shits all over them.
Drogba is just a disgusting player and spent half the time on the floor, Unlucky Cole for missing the next game ! HA HA HA

Even though we went out of the competition but we went out in style. Go ask any other team and I'm sure no one wants to play us as we never go away and keep coming back no matter what the situation is. Our team has been an inspiration. All fans who had witnessed this game would tell you LFC is unbelievable and Chelsea would have way more respect towards us (they may never say it but I'm sure they don't ever want to play us in Euro again) now. I'm not as upset as we had done everything possible in this game regardless of all our mistakes. Our boys left everything there in the pitch and they can held their head high and be proud. Good night and let's delay our celebration when we win the league this year!

We have so much potential with this team. I really hope Rafa is allowed to bring in 1 or 2 more quality players in the Summer. We can be a real force. And the league is still not over yet.

Raffa seemed very p1ssed off at Gus, I wonder if it had anything to do with the ballboys not returning the ball back to our players. One time Pepe had to run to the corner flag to get the ball (they had "sportingly" kicked it there for us )and there was a ball boy there with two balls. That club cheats all the way through.

They were not the better team, a stronger ref and we would have done it. W@nkers
