No, arrogance is normal in english and worst, we have already gave you some lessons and you didn't learn nothing.

In our country, most people want our teams to win, even if they aren't the team they support.
I was happy and celebrated when FC Porto won the CL two years ago, for example, despite being, probably, the team that I despise the most.
