I hate to talk politics in a football forum, but the things that you say are so stupid and ignorent i had to reply.

lets check the facts :

1. Jerusalem was founded by king david about 3,000 years ago. Do you know how many years later Mohamad founded the Islam? some 1800 years later...
So who was first?

2. in 1947 the U.N decided to split the land to 2 countries, Israel and Arab state. We agreed. Do you know who attacked Israel in the 1948 war?

3. Between 1948 to 1967 the west bank, Gaze strip and Golan were arab lands. Eastern Jerusalem and all of west bank was occupied by Jordan, an arab country.
Why didn't Jordan found a country to the Palestinian people then? I mean, they had the land ......

4. Jerusalem is the hollyest place for all jews. When we pray, we face Jerusalem.
Can you tell us which part of the body an arab is turning to Jerusalem when he prays? (hint : it is NOT the face. The face is to Mecca in Saudi Arabia)

5. There are 22 arab countries. There is only 1 tiny Jewish state. And still, muslim terror wants us out of here .... interesting, isn't it ?

6. There are about 15 million jews in the world, and about 1 billion muslims. Can you tell us how many Nobel prizes those 1 billion people ever got ? (hint : only 6).
How can it be that the 18 million people got more than 230 of those ?

7. What is the greates contribution of Islam to the world? Why most of the people in the world asked this question will think first about Terror ?

8. Last years Israel pulled out to the international border from the Gaza strip. So why Palestinian still fire missiles from Gaza to Israel? Is terror the only thing you know how to do well?

9. When was the last time a Jew hijacked an airplane and crashed it into a building killing thousands of people?

10 . Who is the last jew that blew himself in a tube station? and why ALL terror in the world comes from only one religion?

Can you please answer those 10 questions .... I have many more for later if u want ...
And still,

Answers for 1 - 10........

besides, As known, on 1948, the UN decided to split the territory to Israeli side and Palestinian Place. the arabs didn't accept it, therefore , all the arabs nations declared a war against israel(Egypt, Syria, Jordan...). in this war, which we call it The Freedom War, israel won(like every other war) and had won territory.
lately, Israel Had withdrawn troops from the West Bank, And from Lebanon, In order to get some peace. but the palestinians, instead of build their state , chose to fight against us.
and the hizbollah had kidnapped our 2 soldiers, no reason.
our response was justified.
imagine yourself that Germany, for example, kidnapps two of your soldiers, what will be the English side response???

FFS.. you say liverpool dosnt have missiles droping on it evrey day... well tel aviv dosnt either!
the hizbullha[it's said hizballa i really dont know why you write hizbulla] rockets hit only the northen side of haifa, thats about 140K from tel aviv.
the only way you can get hurt in tel aviv is by a terror suicide action, but that can be in the liverpool 2.

Trying to say that Liverpool is just as likely to be bombed as a City in a war-torn country is quite probably the stupidest comment I have ever heard in my life.

Just stop the talk of politics and religion.

It has no place here in LFC general discussion.

So typical that we would draw them. Im against playing over there, surely either we will refuse to go over there or they will move it to another country, im rather concerned that the whole team could get fecking killed

Sure, we are in a midle of attack and striking back against teror in the northern border of Israel, but do not be fear... the rest of the country is living its normal life - and you will be safe from the first second you will land in the hollyland.
You will be suprised to know how many Israeli fans Liverpool got in Israel and we will be gald to host you here in the nicest and safest way we can.
If there is an Irish fans among of you, you can asked them about their trip to here last year,as their national team played here as well as the fans of other teams (bayren, juve, ajax, newcastle).
We are waiting for you and together we'll make sure that Liverpool will never walk alone!!!!

The FACT is that Liverpool were never going to travel to Israel, even without this current crisis it would be questionale but the fact that Israel is in war makes it impossible to go there from our point of view, as soon as we land we will be a target, what better way to get at Israel than to attack high profile foreign vistors, that would harm Israel more than anything, it would make Israel an even more of a no go area.

We will not be going to Isreal, end of story really, its a shame for Israeli football fans but it is the reality.

No location is safe from a suicide bombing attack, no matter if there hasn’t been one there for a long time, attacking high profile tourists would be a great way to undermine Israelis hosting capabilities, its still too dangerous no matter how far away the rockets are at the moment, the present climate just makes it too dangerous.

Exactly what Luke said, this game will NOT be played in Israel. I don't care what UEFA decide, there is no chance in hell that anyone in their right mind at this club would risk their lives for football by going to anywhere in Israel.

From SSN

''We'll be in discussions with both of the clubs but obviously key is the safety of players, fans and officials,'' he told Sky Sports ''We wouldn't take those decisions without 100 percent assurances and that's the information we are asking for at the moment.

''We've played matches away from Israel quite successfully in the past and that is the plan B, the action plan.

''It's something we can't answer for the moment obviously. Once Maccabi were in the draw we were aware of the situation and we monitor these things very closely.

''We've asked the Israel FA and the relevant authorities to provide us with assurances and we have to keep monitoring that and we've asked them to give us those as soon as possible.

''At the moment as it stands any matches that take place in Israel are played in the south - in the Tel Aviv area - but we're waiting for more information from the Israel FA before we can make any more decisions.''

No assurances can be made by anyone in war time. It's impossible. The Israeli's assured that to the U.N. officials a couple of days ago and they were killed despite those assurances.

We won't travel to Israel. Rafa has said he doesn't want the team to travel.  Matches in Israel have been moved before in less dangerous situations. It has nothing to do with politics, it's just safety. END OF ISSUE.

Anyway to the footballing side of things, the "away" game may be a little challenging, but I honestly can't see us failing against a quite inferior opposition.

Some interesting ties though, Hamburg v Osasuna and Dynamo Kyiv vs Fenerbahce are both difficult for the sides concerned.
