He's nearing the end of his career mate,his ability has undoubtably started to decline,it does'nt mean his standards have dropped!Nor has he lost his desire to do what he does...keep goals out!


Maybe he's getting a little frustrated at himself as well cause he aint been at his best and is probably conscious of being past it,but it comes to every player in the end,legend or not!
Carra can push or shout at anyone in the team IMO if he feels they are at fault or slacking..cause he's Carra.I love Gerrard but Carra would have been a better captain,hes more of a leader.hes always been more vocal!

The amount of times I've watched that lad(im sure we all have) and been proud as fu'ck of his passion on the pitch for LFC throughout his fantastic career gives him licsence to demand the best from all around him!

I would wager that very few footballers are particularly 'hard'.  They live in a world where they are millionaires by 21 and are conditioned to hit the deck at the slightest of breezes.  Just my opinion.

Big Carra fan but he went abit too far on Arbeloa ... Heat of the moment kind of stuff and they have kissed and made up so all is good!

As I said before, I think Arbeloa said something back to Carra. Carra goes off on one at him, Arbeloa faces up to him and then Carra pushes him. Surely there's every chance Arbeloa said a 'trigger word' to Carra that made him go from shouting to shoving.

Carra may not have had his best season, can't be easy with a different partner at CB every week, not much defensive cover from either full back and being the only one of the back four to have played 30+ games in the league this season. Highlighting Carra's one-off fluffed kick against West Ham is a bit of a joke as that is far from representitive of his season.

as a passionate LFC fan it is beautiful to watch

showed real spirit of shankley

showed that the players in this case carra strives to the highest standards and is fed up with second best results and defending / play by others

about time someone showed some real balls

the game meant nothing as the title race had already been won and lost ....

however it showed real fire in the belly enthusiasm, its what we've been missing for a long time in our players and i hope the fire keeps burning in them over the summer break and is burning red hot for the start of the new season

Thought I'd throw my 2penneth in. Well done Carra for showing passion copuld have controlled it better but I think it just shows how passionate he is and that he isnt afraid to tell others who are not pulling their weight to pull their act together. It was funny, Arby looked like he wanted to cry for the next five minutes and stuck close by his mate xabi.
