its not the chilli sauce on kebabs that give you ring-sting, its the actual meat. had one without chilli, and still had ring-sting. the chilli's only there to mask the nonsense they stuff inside that bread.

last season we played our best football of the season against them in the first 30 minutes at home. we should have been about 4-0 up.

I think we can beat any team on the day, it's consistency that's our problem but that will come.  Let's try and get a few back to back wins and we'll begin to push.  The first half at Highbury last year we battered them.  (Then TH woke up :( )
