Google it, you'll see what I mean.
Yet I think I have gathered sufficient information to attempt at a description of what you both really are....
Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce LFC2007 and Lando Griffin :
- Average readers of The Sun, honourable newspaper which enables them to have a hard-on once a day (if anything else) due to its page 3 girl
- Moved to tears when hearing Elgar's Land of Hope and Glory, as if the UK were still a major force in the world today
- Will probably shed a tear the day Margaret Thatcher dies
- Spend their summer holidays in Blackpool
- When occasionally seeing a painting by Constable, say to themselves how amazing a policeman's talent can be sometimes
- Pretend at times to be philosophers, but the result is not quite convincing insofar as their heroes are not David Hume, John Locke or Bertrand Russell, but rather Steven Gerrard or Peter Crouch instead, which says it all. Even Emlyn Hughes and Bill Shankly were better thinkers...

As a conclusion, any ordinary man with a sense of solidarity should feel sorry for them. I do.

You know, to say you think you're some kind of mastermind, I can assure you that you are at the very least 50% wrong. That is without knowing what LFC2007 would say.

It's a shame, really, that someone who so obviously feels they are a guru of psychological interpretations through text, falls at the very first hurdle (where virtually all would-be Psychiatrists tend to find themselves).

To then go so far as to intimate that we are both the subject of Courbet's work, (Which I am sure he would thank you for, were he not dead), shows that, inspite of all your literary bravado, you are, in actual fact, a bit dim.

Dimmer, one should wager, than a 4 Watt lightbulb.

Therefore, I see no merit in continuing a discussion with a man  (a term I use in it's broadest possible sense) so misguided by his own self-importance that he cannot wipe his a*se for fear of poking out his eye.

But hey - we could all use a laugh...

Some interesting rumours in the BBC gossip column about Cisse.

West Ham have bid £8m plus Yossi Benayoun for Djibril Cisse, but he is keen on Marseille. (The Times)

West Ham will make a £16m double swoop for Liverpool strike pair Djibril Cisse and Craig Bellamy. (Daily Mail)

I would be made up with the times rumour but cant see it being true. To get 8 million back and aquire a decent squad player would be brilliant business.
Although it appears Cisse probably is only interested in the Marseille move.

reports from France say Cisse is getting angry with L'OM and the amount of time they are taking to finalise a deal.  Some reports say he wants it done before this weekend or may consider other options.

Saw those rumours myself Ace, either would be good news for us as you say.

Was thinking about this whole Cisse digging his heels in over wanting to go to Marseilles only.  With the Euro Championships next summer, surely he'll be desperate to get into the French team for it.  If we tell him he'll be playing reserve team football for a season unless a team matches our asking price, surely he'd rather go to West Ham, or it may force Marseilles to cough up that extra few million.  At the end of the day that's how Owen ended up at Newcastle instead of coming back to us from Madrid.  If other teams are willing to meet the asking price and Marseilles aren't, we could probably get away with playing hardball here.

Liverpool are ready to accept a lower fee from Marseille but want clauses for future sell on etc.  Liverpool want 50% of any sell on fee.

If i was Rafa i would do exactly what John Craig is suggesting (and like i suggested earlier in the thread) and dig our heels in.

We have lost countless players because we wouldnt pay what the clubs wanted (Simao and Alves), why should we sell our player for below what we value him when we are getting offers from other clubs that are better for us ?

At the end of the day if he doesnt agree to move to the highest bidder and he is forced to stay with us....we may lose 5-6 million...but he would definately miss out on the European championships, and after breaking his leg before the last world cup, i am sure he is desperate to play next summer.

If West Ham are offering £16m for Bellamy and Cisse we should bite their hands off. That's a decent return on both players considering their situations. Unfortunately, I think it's unlikely the hammers want them both. If we can get a decent price for Cisse from them then I'd rather they take him. Bellamy would be easier to sell to other clubs.

Cisse has repeatedly stated he will only agree to a transfer to a Champions League side.

john craig is right. force cisse to accept the team that bids the highest. let cisse play with the reserves and rot there. why must we play along with diouf's evil tactics. or if they wanna pay sucha low fee now then add a clause in the deal that liverpool are to get a certain amt of $$$ for each international apperance he makes while playing for them. besides OM just g0t alot of cash from ribery's sale so why do they b!tch so much bout money. cheapskates.

I didn't expect this amount of interest in Bellamy but I am delighted to see it.
