Why has he not bothered taking another managerial job?

Kenny Dalglish had a ready-made team of champions when he started, numbnuts.

Maybe because he spoke out about having to sell all their best players and replace them with free signings?

Maybe because he was p!ssed off at they way he had been treated?

He had a ready made team, and did the double, then he rebuilt the team in two years and won the league again.

Then when he went to Newcastle he finished second in his first season, and got them to the FA CUP final in his second.

When they said Rafa was a better manager than Dalgish (I must confess I don't know who said it) they probably weren't having a laugh no. I do remember Rafa being described as being Shanklyesque by some a couple of years back, they were serious too. There is still time of course for Rafa to show he has what it takes to be regarded as being "hugely successful" ( as he was described the other day) by everyone and not just people who get a bit carried away.

When Rafa is given ATLEAST 200 million pound to invest in our team and he fecks it up then he must go.
People are expecting miracles on a less budget than the mancs & Chelsea we will not win the prem until we have the type of player these two teams have.

The miracle of istanbul is just what it was A miracle.

Dalglish did inherit a squad of champioms, but nevertheless in the years he was manager the club played some of the best football i have ever seen.

Also for the first season he was player manager - and was still the best player at the club.

Saint isnt in-saint enough to suggest Rafa is better then Kenny. why on earth are we comparing Rafa with a manager who has such great history at this club with league titles so on? compare him with Souness and Evans and GH. not Kenny. Not Shankly. Not Paisley. he is nowhere near them.

When he bossed LFC, we were the richest club in the World, and the best club side in the World.

I'm not saying I don't appreciate what he did for us.

All I'm saying is it's like comparing Man U with us now.
