If it's between him and Owen, I'd have to take Owen. On his own merrit though, Baros is good. He terrifies defenses, he has an excellent sense of pace and collected nature in the box, but he still has problems. He doesn't look up, he doesn't pass and he wastes opertunities. He is still young and he does have time to improve before he reaches his peak, but the question still has to be; Is he a Liverpool player? In this moment, at this time, can we afford to take chances? This season may see the final split as the Premiership becomes more like the SPL with an elite group, and a scrap for Uefa. We have to be at the top. If Milan stays, he will have to net as much as twice his tally from last term. He will have to become willing to pass the ball to other strikers and not snatch at chances. He will have to become Liverpool. Owen already has these qualities, as do so many others. Is this the time to be taking chances?
