Routledge's contract is up in the summer might be worth a go

He's a good player but I dunno if he'd be any good for us?

There are rumours that Villa are after Robbie Keane and that he's prepared to leave as Defoe has jumped above him in the queue at Spurs. Apparently, although I have nothing concrete on this, but Keane supported Liverpool as a lad and I feel he'd make a worthy addition to the Liverpool side.

I disagree. Robbie Keane isn't a player of the future imo for this club.

He said Morientes was on a list of strikers but was'nt definitely top of that list. He also poured water on the Fowler story but said regarding Anelka that any world class player that was available Liverpool were interested! But the most interesting thing was when he claimed that the club had already signed one player on a pre contract, a player he said who was "an international of outstanding pedigree".

Rick Parry is an astute and accomplished CEO, and I do not think he would be on the radio shouting his mouth off about transfer targets, money or anything of the sort.
