Baros sold? cisse starter? - Opinions

Completely agree, i never really see why people say cisse is amazing before he got injured he never really amazed me. I know that he didn't have that many games to prove himself but until he does it would be foolish to sell baros. Most big clubs have at elast 3 good strikers and i wouldn't say that pongolle are le tallec are good strikers yet.

Cisse has been consistently good in France and will need time to adjust to the level of Premiership. Look at Kezman, how many on this board think we missed a glorious chance to sign him but yet he hasn't exactly set the premiership on fire. Same applied to Cisse...different standard of defenders, different marking system, new team mates, new environment etc. etc. Give him time...

He's a world class player. Why should we sell him?

There are many we should sell, but Baros is not one of them.
Mourinho was customizing his flashy blue racing car -- applying the finishing touches of go-faster stripes, aerodynamic spoilers and a fat f@ck you exhaust -- while on his red car, Benitez was trying to glue together a broken chassis, repair bodywork and replace burst tyres.

Look at the scums (RVN, Saha, Alan Smith & Looney). They also have giggs, ronaldo & scholes who can double up as support strikers....... And they are a distant 2nd to chelsea.

And you wanna sell baros  ???

please... say something that is logcal.. liverpool will only sell baros: if baros say he wants to leave ; if cisse is confirm fit and will be playing well ; a large amount of money for our euro top scorer ; or a better striker than baros ( which will definately cost a lot of money )

i still think , a club of liverpool's standard should no matter wat, have 3 top class strikers.. with another young upgrowing striker; if baros is liverpool's top scorer, i dun think liverpool is goin to sell him.. and one very sure thing, owen willl NEVER come back ,

What the ****** are you thinking man Baros is ****** unreal. Defenders are ****** scared of the guy. He is class and gives his all for the 'Pool. He will keep improving you can see his crosses, teamwork and passes are getting so much better. We have 4 ****** talented strikers now. :D

Bring back Heskey, erik meyer, sean dundee, Diouf.

You lot are kidding right? Unbelievable. I'm happy with our strike-force for next season but I'd take Owen back in a shot if he was available at a reasonable price.

Baros is quality in my eyes and he will get better. Cisse has the potential but neither player has reached Owens' level yet.
