Baros and barca

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Baros may keep his head down but he must have a hotograhic memory because he knows exactly where the goal is e.g his cracker against Norwich :O . I think Barca will take La Liga this season and will no longer require Baros' services at the end of the season

This article was reported months ago. Sky Sports has renewed it in a way on their website.

He just cannot seem to cut it week in week out in this league much like his comrades Berger and Smicer. They also have performed well in the Czech side but failed to play consistently in the Premiership. Theres no understanding it. Just accept it is not going to happen and get shut if you receive a bid.

Berger produced it regularlly for LFC.  I think that Baros who suit La Liga more than the EPL.

The 1 thing you cannot say about Baros is that he doesn't give 100%.

His record at international level is up there with the best and even for us without a proper run in the team he has scored 17 goals in about 40 games in which he has started.
Smith to Shankly:My thigh is a bit sore, but I think I could play.
Shankly to Fagan:Tell him,Joe.He has got no chance of playing.
Smith to Fagan:Tell him to sod off.It is not his leg,it's mine.
Shankly to Smith:Oh no son.You are wrong, son. It is not your leg.
It is Liverpool Football Club's leg.

I think Baros will have a descent run this season considering that he he's been mostly a sub. player for us.

We will not see the best of Baros until we see him and Cisse up front more. Garcia-Baros and Garcia-Cisse isn't working.

Agreed, Beni needs to revert back to a 4-4-2 with Baros and Cisee up front.
