Fantastic result. I definitely felt Barcelona were going down way to easy. The ref gave them way too many freekicks where as he penalized Gerrard and Sissoko for some good tackles. Anyways, who would have thought that Bellamy and Riise would be the ones to score the all important goals.

You have to give Rafa a lot of credit, it took real balls to pick Arbeleta to make his debut in a game of this importance.If things had gone wrong he would have been hammered. Things went quite nicely thank you

I especially liked his facial expression when we scored our 2nd.

Its an under-statement to say this is a great result!!

The players closed down brilliantly for whole match and although we didn't play all that well we still scored two vital away goals. The effort of the 11 red men on the field cannot questioned but their possession and use of the ball can which wasn't up to scratch.

Now we have an excellent chance to move on to the quarter finals of the competition and the chance to win silverware is very much still alive for this season.

I personally cannot wait for the next leg at Anfield!!!!

i would be happy with a 0-0 and an ultra defencive tactic in anfield! dont give a f*ck if it is boring but i want us to be in the quarter finals
