Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Postby Leonmc0708 » Sun Jun 03, 2007 8:15 pm

Posting this for mooro:

http://onthekop.com/forum/index.php?topic=4242.0

If nobody else is going to defend us then we should do it ourselves.

We need a representative fan's body to respond to accusations like U.E.F.A. are making.

We need to respond quickly.

I propose an association as is the title of this thread.

Elected representatives from all the major websites.

When an issue like this pops up, they vote/agree on a press release statement.

We need our voice back.

Id just like top point out that I copied & pasted the EUFA article from RAWK.
There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

Kenny Dalglish 1/2/2011

REST IN PEACE PHIL, YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN.

let Leon tackle Eufa with Lando as his assistant, once there finished we`ll send them to iraq :D.

on a more serious note great idea, lets hope tomorrow we here something from the club, its about time the majority stop taking the  cr@p for the minority, also no way should the club let Eufa wriggle there way out of this.

time to fooken stand up and be counted Liverpool.

Great Idea, thanks for bringing this to our attention.Below is a post from Swoop,On the Kop.com.

I have read many times today that we have no voice when it comes to answering UEFA.  You may be sitting there thinking what the f*@k can I do about it.

IMHO the statement from UEFA is in response to being asked by or government to explain what went on, a pre-emptive strike if you like.  Well don’t let them get away with it.  Let’s make sure OUR government knows what really went on, don’t leave it to the club, the FSF or anyone else – do something about it yourself.

Write via http://www.theyworkforyou.com/ to your local MP.  Doesn’t matter where you live just put in your postcode and it will tell you the MP for your area.

UEFA have started a smear campaign; let’s not let them get away with it.  Write your MP and get them to put pressure on UEFA.

Swoop has hit the nail on the head there. For too long English football fans have been the scapegoats for UEFA shortcomings
Italian fans responsible for the death of a police officer,Danish fan attacks referee,Polish hooligans riot after every game.Liverpool fans steal UEFA flags big fuc.ing deal, how can you compare that. The truth is you cant.Unless of course you are UEFA fat cat who hasnt got a Fuc.ing clue.

Were not all Angels, but were not all robbers, thugs and forgers. Why should we have to  put our lives on the line for a football match the inadequate b@stards UEFA have organised.

PS. you get my vote Leon
You don't appreciate a lot of stuff in school until you get older.

well it would be pointless getting anyone to do this who doesnt actually go to games, so some of the names banded about in this thread should be ignored, can you imagine, 'so please tell us what you saw when you were there'.  'oh i wasnt there', oh right, theres the door, bye'

leon would make a decent rep, or someone along the lines of dalglish, no offence to rafa-dodd but i think someone older adds more weight in peoples minds (although rafa does talk sense)
