I hope so big Mick... I hope he is whatever you say he is. He can as easily turn out to be like Mclaren managing England...

Ok they had a few good results last season but for the most part they play ugly counter attacking football. He has been around so long so naturally people are going to say he has a lot of experience and is respected ect...

The question is do you want to be reassured or convinced that he is the right manager for us? Or have you already made your mind up that he will fail and you will be able to tell us "I told you so"?

So does Germany in the recent WC. It can be interesting. Lets give the man a chance before being negative. And for now, I don't mind playing "ugly" football as long we get the result then we can start from there beside it suits Torres quite well.

Lets roll!!!!!!!!!!!!

what depresses me now is that Spurs have been outspending us for the last couple of years... Now Louis Fabiano is asking them to sign him. If we made a bid for him do you think Louis Fabiano will choose them over us?

How we can improve with an addition of a top class striker like Henry and Fabiano...

my point is that I want us to be competing for established players who can improve our team... it wasn't an argument about whether money matters or not (which I believe you are heading into that direction by comparing Spurs and Arsenal)... I'm sick of the next Henry's and the next Zidane's...

At the end of the day I believe the manager is the most important factor... but still he still needs to have the right tools to play with...
