We can all dream mate!!!! V D Vaart is a great talent, dont think we could afford him, perhaps we will go for pennant/malbranque to occupy the right wing spot, malbranque is not really a winger mind but is a technically gifted player! i would like to see john welsh a run mind!!!

I'm a big advocate of Malbranque, although Pennant's looked very good this year (particularly against us at Anfield) I think that there may still be question marks about his attitude off the pitch.

I agree that Van der Vaart is an awesome talent, this however means that he will go to Madrid, Barca, Milan, Chelsea, Arsenal or Juve.......

Yes, iit is the true rumour but nothing to be confirmed yet, so Liverpool can afford to buy Van der Vaart if we don't have Cisse, I rather have Van der Vaart than Cisse and buy Earnshaw!!!

Van der Vaart want to play for Liverpool, he is a Liverpool fan!

Careful Stan, I suggested exactly the same thing a while back (f##k Cisse off and buy Earny and Malbranque) and got laughed of the board.... :angry:

Cheers, mate. It's my opinion about Earny, I will be very disappointed if they signed Cisse, because he is over-rated and too expensive to buy him. He is not worth it, I am sorry about that.

Transfer rumours are proved to be false 99% of the time so why do people bother with them?

That's a rumour that rumours are false 99% of the time,it's more likely that the rumours are false about 82% of the time but that's only a 50/50 call.I may only be 1/2 right perhaps 10% or evens if it's a quarter to 2.

Not so sure about Earnshaw myself but it doesn't mean that there aren't talented players in the first division. A mate of mine grew up with Richard Cresswell (Striker for Preston) so i have been to a few of their games over the last couple of seasons. Ricardo Fuller looks like an excellent prospect and i am surprised that a premiership club has not come in for him yet. I'm not sure GH really looks down the English leagues - We were linked strongly with Michael Tongue last season but generally he seems to look abroad.

the best striker in nationwide division 1 is marlon harewood. he's top class. he'll be playing in the premiership soon if west ham don't go up.

Um, just explain this to me for a  second, if West Ham get promoted then won't he be in the Premiere League anyway?  So it wouldn't really matter what happens right :;):

It seems likely Cisse is heading to Anfield with the following reputation:

* Big reputation
* Young striker played in France all his life
* Prolific scorer in the "World Class" French league
* Bleached blonde hair
* In-pronouncable first name
* Available for approximately £12m
* The tactical genius Houllier is a massive fan

Where have i heard this before...............
