Hi all first post here i'm down in Sydney Oz and just had to make a comment here. Althougth i think we should give young Mellor a real go of things while we have injuries i really think we need a striker in January  with proven quality  and loads of experience. Mellor and Cisse(next year) really need this type of player in the club to show them the direction to take and to shoulder the responsibilty of scoring goals. This type of signing would give these young guys confidence and that igornorance they need to become winners at the moment all our strikers are young and it seemed to me when watching Baros and Cisse play together they were'nt shore who was surpose to be the leader so to speak up front and where running their own show at times. any way up the Reds.

I think this has got to be make or break (no pun intended) time for Mellor. I think he has it, it just needs a couple of goals & a run in the first team. However I feel he will have it in the back of his mind the Boss will still buy in Jan.
