It will be a decade on May the 25th since Istanbul - where has that time gone!

I'm thinking of maybe holding an house party just for reds fans to celebrate the event. Plenty of cold ones in my  fridge and if the weathers half decent maybe's a bbq in the back garden or something of that ilk. Obviously the game will be on the dvd and the cd, 'Songs from the albert' on the cd player - and a bit of Johnny Cash too of course. Dean n Davie will make it - just like they did in Turkey - vip guests. Stricktly NO Mancs or Chelski fans!!

I was just wondering if you good people were planning on marking the celebration of our FIFTH European Cup win? And if so what will you be up to and if you were actually in the stadium that night - not like me, at home, crapping myself in disbelief at our being 3 down at half-time.

Is it our greatest night - it ceratinly felt like it...

I am going to Yates by Williamson Square where myself and my mate watched it. And I was telling anybody who would listen at half-time that we would win it. A few thought I was mad and I think the rest thought I was on drugs!! Then one fella said to me put your money where your mouth is. So I took him outside and phoned William Hill I had my phone on speaker so he could hear I wasn't bluffing. I asked for the odds on Liverpool to win and I was told 100/1 I put a tenner on it. After we won it and was on my way home I remembered the bet I had witnessed our greatest triumph ever and I had £1,0010 going into my bank account. My mate said was that for Liverpool to win it outright I didn't know so I phoned Hills and they told me it was in 90 minutes. Now any other time I would be gutted but after what happened in Istanbul I didn't care. HAPPY DAYS
