"Yes, I'll have me a Cabana, Texan Bar and a packet of Pacers" says the middle aged guy clutching his hard earned fiver, " scuse me?" the shop assistant replies, "stoned buddy?, we've got Snickers and M&Ms", a look of disbelief "you mean Marathons and Treats?"  and so it goes on. Whats happened with the Great British corner shop? Wheres our sweets gone?. Tell me, what do you miss.

Do you mean a "Curly wirly"?
I'm sure I can remember when Walker's crisps were 17p, and cans of quality pop 20p. Inflations a bee-atch.
I used to love "Merry Maids" - caramel covered in chocolate, but WHAT a taste!!!!! You could get a quater for about 40p. Now they'll be about £4, if they still sell them.

I used to like batter bits from the chippy in my childhood. They were free. Now they fecking CHARGE you for what is going in the fricking bin!
