Whitney Houston - I will always love you

Aerosmith - I don't want to miss a thing

Reminds me of lost love......

Well, can't say I've ever actually blubbed to a song, but I still think this is quite a moving song and a very moving and simplistic performance. Complete :censored: fruit cake though!!

Einaudi - I Giorni

AndyG - listened to a lot of Philip Glass when I was writing my Phd. Einaudi was another favourite - good background music.

not that it made me cry, but kanye's street lights off his 808 album played a surreal part in invoking a feeling in me so pure, full of clarity and peace, that i know i will never ever replicate again in my life no matter how hard i try.

-----

this is another story but i was once driving at night, on san francisco's famed embarcadero, passing its numerous wharves and jetty's and lonely stately buildings. it was wet, it was cold, but when this song came up on shuffle i knew god was somehow smiling down on me.

traffic lights whizzed by in long green streaks, pedestrians melted away into long silhouettes, and everything was warm, and pure, and perfect.
