i was taken to Anfield in 1973 (beat you there phil), by my uncle reg (who's red thru and thru), who told me that i was going to see how football was really played, and thats why ive always loved lfc.

You're uncle's a good man  :nod  . I also had an uncle who told me about Real Sociedad. He also wanted me to be an excellent goalkeeper. Erm, not quite.

As for me posting from gateacre, liverpool (from where I was born). And infact (just to let sabre know no :p ) Aldo lives round the corner from me (more or less across the road). The reason I support liverpool, well all of me family, from me dads side and me mums side are all liverpudlians. My grandad got a season ticket about 40 years ago now and I sort of inherited in them.

I'm from Brum but have supporting LFC as soon as i started watching football, used to love Rushie, that's what first attracted me to the reds.  Local team are West Brom so can you blame me for becoming a red!!

i'm posting from underneath a bucket in the corner of sainsbury's car park in stourbridge. if i lift the edge of the bucket a little i can see a bit of a topic wrapper - which is red - which is the same colour as liverpool play in - which is why i support them.

San Sebastian, most beautiful town in Spain, according to many.

Sort of reminds me of Croatia, excluding the tons of rain:

The bay has an incredible resemblance yes!, and our landscape is also very green (due to rain, mainly), perhaps our mountains are milder, though. Nice pic A.B. !!!!!!

you close to Bilbao Sabre mate,

Yes, 100Km away. they're our archenemies in football. Our rivalry is strange, though, while we always want our team wins, no matter what, we are mixed in the stadium with no violence, which is a nice exception nowadays.
