I have been going out with a girl for three days and I wondering when I should move to "2nd BASE".

The best time to go for 2nd base is when the hitter whacks the ball to left field.

I'd say make the move when it 'feels right' (no pun intended :;): )

I'd say if you like the girl and if you see a future between you then give it time. :)
