the first of four spin off episodes was on last night, set three years on from when the film was set. this is england 86. really enjoyed it. you have to have watched the film first though to understand what's going on.

Film is 10 x better imo, going by ep 1 anyway.... much more intense. They won't be as full on with a TV version.

Wait until Stephen Graham comes back, I think the tv show will get a LOT heavier

Really enjoyed the film. The only downside though is that skinheads didnt hug as much as the film portrays. In fact, im pretty sure, back in the 80's, if two skinheads hugged they would be called a puff and beat the cack out of !

I was going to watch the series but totally forgot about it.

The kid who plays shaun (Thomas Turgoose) went to the same school my boys are at. My little claim to fame (its the best im gonna get !)  :D

Well Emy Red you were right fella!

I'm feeling a bit let down after watching the pacific...dont get me wrong it was great and i enjoyed it but was not as good as band of brothers,no where near!

Saying that if BoB had not been so good...in fact if I had not seen Bob I'd have been raving about the pacific....fell a bit short.I think they spent too much time on showing us the relationships they developed rather than focusing the horror they faced, there was really no need.Still a good show though.....poor fuc'king men,so glad I was not born back then and having to go through all that! :(

Dark Blue - undercover cops, dark and cool
Nikita - She looks hot, I'll give it a go

New Chuck, Burn Notcie and Dexter are very cool as well

Chuck is good... House gets boring after a while... and why the fck did they stop flashforward again ?
Went flat a few weeks in but should have given it some time... good idea but too bad the public in the US isnt open to any thought-provoking television programming..

Out of interest mate, where do you download them from ?
The sites I used to go to seem to not offer downloadable movies anymore, maybe they were shut down or something...
PM me a couple of sites if you'd be so kind.....I'm looking to get hold of a few movies to pass the time and am a bit skint at the mo'.....being on the scratcher has curtailed the DVD rentals !  :;):
