Ive had a really sh1tty week you know one of them where nothing goes right
When everything seems to go wrong, plus the weather havent slept all week, the bedrooms are roastin.
And then you think youve turned the corner nearly the weekend then someone else fecks it up, and loves upsetting you, but Im a terrible worrier and worry meself sick, over nothing.
When I should just tell people to feck off but Im not that sort of person
But then I think of Phil and my worries are feckall compared to his, so he really helps me in some ways and then I worry about Phil.

So has everyone else had a great week then ?

I come back off me jollies last week n had to go back into work on Monday which was depressive to say the least.... so, I just HAD to take today and Friday off and also get tickets for the Crewe game to cheer me up (there's a moral to this story coming up here...)!

Ciggy, as the song goes, "worrying is about as useful as chewing bubble gum to solve an algebra equation" - e.g. it gets you f*cking nowhere. Best thing to do is not to worry, but do something, or diary up to do something about whatever it is that has gone wrong.

Once you know you have done something, then there's no more worry. Simple! I always tell my other half this when she worries and she never listens    :D

My first two July weeks were like yours, problems at work, hectic days, plus bad weather. But this week has been good, the weather is good and I have enjoyed some free afternoons and have started to have my skin tanned -- 3 hours a day only and from 17.30 pm I get sunburnt easily.

As for the people annoying you, you have to tell me more -- I'm an expert dealing with work witches, and "climbers" (1) at work. But if they are people outside work another approach is needed. If they're annoying you never tell'em to :censored: off or lose temper, that's what they want. In those cases just rely on the people that love you and realise what's important and what's not.

So just wait  the wind blow to the correct side Ciggy.

(1) What's the english word for those básts at work that are competitive and use any tactic friendly or not to climb at work?

this week's been feckin hot, that's what it's been   still dealing with a backlog of work from being on holiday a couple of weeks ago and trying to earn a living as well, bloody hard work when it's too hot to think :sniffle

it's been a bl00dy expensive week as well; bought a tent (£100), then my lawnmower broke (new one for £75) then the hoover broke (new one £170) then got my bike fixed (another £40). i'm just waiting for the car or laptop to go up in flames now     still, booze makes everything better :nod

"climbers" sounds about right, or people who will step on anybody's toes to get to the top

Well I got my degree, broke up with my girlfriend, had sex with a total stranger, found out i'm diabetic, broke my finger, won £10 on the lottery and I've just had my first pint in 10 months. Not too bad really.

My week, Ciggy?

My week has been about as good as a crusty pile of wild bore sh*t. About as thrilling as a pencil sharpener, and as worthwhile as cutting milk.

On Monday I fell out with the woman (or, she fell out with me!!! :D), Tuesday and Wednesday were boring, hot hell-hole days spent working on redecorating. (Only good thing being me and the wench made up.)

Today? Today I spent tiling the b*stard bathroom in f*cking rediculous heat, then had to grout the entire swining thing.
Then I went to play football, and I've hurt my f*cking w*nking back, so now when I stand-up, I look like a Sumo wrestler with one foot stuck in a hole.

That's how my f*cking week's been.

Thanks for reminding me!!!!

:D
