I made Judo for 13 years, and left it because the university. After that, I ended late of working, and I always was too lazy to do some sport, except for riding a bike on weekends. "I need to rest and be calm" I said.
Now, thanks to a friend and that the new jobs I have allow me a better timetable, I've started training Kempo. The first two days were pathetic, but the more you train the better you feel. And instead of feeling tired now I feel better than when I "rested" !
Quite simply mates, I'm outraged that I allowed lazyness to control me for so much time.
