Sorry Dawson and other film buffs, I don't care.

I like cheese sometimes.  Given my strong feelings for the Superman legend (big fan of all the Christopher Reeve* films and the George Reeves series from the 50's, a massive fan of Smallville, the Batman and X-Men films but not the comics, fuck that off, I was always a Dandy or beano fan as a nipper.....) and all kinds of superhero films, I'm watching Superman II.

Terence Stamp as General Zod is a belter.  Type his name into Google and there is much fun to be had.  Mikz and Phil should take note.

I've downloaded Superman IV off bittorent and it's as bad as you'd think it is.  It's a bag of wank.  Still, I'll watch it.

So what are you watching or are planning on watching tonight?

I have superman 4 too jmac  :D Your right -its the pitz.
I have Supergirl too, and im pretty sure  Phil has talked about this on here somewhere on a post. She was the hottest thing on 2 legs back in the mid 80s when this one came out. :;):
Im constantly topping up on old seasons of 24, Lost and Smallville, (roll on October) although these last few nights Ive watched Xmen Last stand and the mission Impossible one.

My favorite war movie.

Funny, but sad.

"Colonel Von Luger, it is the sworn duty of all officers to try to escape."

:D

Yeah, it's brilliant, love it!

Esp. liked James Garner and Charles Bronson in this,

Waiting for the Australia v Brazil (+ Croatia/Japan) game and have just watched Hotel Rwanda. Extremely powerful movie about the power of the human spirit.

Highly recommended **** (4 stars)
