I thought Almodovar's films were a bit left winged to be exported. :)

Alternative 1) Free Trackers.

If you go to www.btjunkie.org you'll find several copies if you search "volver"

But I don't know if it's the english or spanish version

Alternative 2)

I can send you an invitation to a private tracker that has the real thing in Spanish. If you want one, send me a PM with a email address (not hotmail) so that I send you the invitation and the link to the torrent

I have absolutely no idea Woof :D  My flatmate is from Toulouse and speaks Spanish fluently and is going on about this film all the time. Think its a chick flick about a group of women in Spain and their lives.

I got her watching Help last night with the aid of some herbal relief, made no sense at all to either of us, what were the Beatles thinking when they made that film :D

it means come back, and is not related to the word revólver, with the ó (without it means to mix, or mess) which comes directly from the english, despite it seems a spanish word.

It's

vol as in volley
and ver as in version

The plot? the film talks about what a woman can do for the sake of love, while it mixes and explains quite well how is the insight about death of a very rural and deep rooted Spain.

It's actually an interesting thing to grasp how is the rural Spain, the real Spain (not the globalised one we have in the cities).

It mixes drama and humour quite well. Cannot tell you more without breaking the plot. Hope that helped and didn't remove the interest :D

ignore sabre. the film is actually about penelope cruz's cleavage - which is a joy.

Would this be it?

Volver (Spanish)
Bill Shankly: “I was the best manager in Britain because I was never devious or cheated anyone. I’d break my wife’s legs if I played against her, but I’d never cheat her.”

Sounds a bit heavy to me this Taff.  Chick flicks and that?  Notting Hill was on the other week and I watched some of that.  That's enough for the whole of 2008 now.

No M16 machine guns or any cliched mumbling 80's beefcakes, either saving America single handedly (from an alien species if you like) or saving plazas on Xmas Eve in this film?

(I've watched both Predator films in the last seven days.  that's the film mood I'm in at the minute.  Foreign films can wait for the time being...)

Woof asked what's the film about, not what makes the film worth a download  :D

volver is a little bit of a chick flick but has the quality and style to appeal to us blokes as well. and of course penelope cruz with a surprisingly inviting cleavage for a skinny gal :buttrock

mind you i hate hollywood films. with very few exceptions they're all complete and utter brainless, force-fed-morals b0ll0cks. i'd rather watch some cartoons
