2 weeks to go until i do this charity walk.

I went yesterday to Bedgellert with a rambling club from our work to get a bit of preperation in.
It was about 12-13 miles we done yesterday up some small hill/mountain called cnicht.
It was at times harder going than i expected.
Especially getting to the top end of the mini mountain where we had to climb a bit.

It was a fantastic day weather wise though so the views of Porthmadog bay and snowdon were amazing.

Really enjoyed it, that was about half of what i have to do for the 3 peaks but was higher to climb apparantly so that should go a little way towards preparing me for the 27th one.

Just to advise everyone, or anyone thats interested.
I completed the challenge on Saturday just gone.
The idea was to get it done in under 12 hours, we finished in 9 hrs 17 minutes which i am happy with.

Weather was spot on, a bit hazy until about 1pm then really hot sunshine, so made sure i took suncream.

Feel fine after it, my knees are slightly sore but not too bad and my muscles are totally fine. Also i did not get any blisters.
Bridgedale socks rock.

There were stages were it was really tough but it was a really good feeling finishing and we raised between us about 5 or 6 grand for charity.

Might do the 24 hour 3 peaks next year.

Thanks to everyone for all their tips or advice.
