That is actually Welsh for "The road by the hill on the street by the tree near the church of the white lady of the old road near the stream by a den of iniquity on the old banjo close to the fork in the road if you get to the post box you've gone too far so turn round and take the second left by the tree on the right".

Its a well known Welsh landmark.
