The finishing credits from Monty Python & The Holy Grail had me in stitches when it first came out. I was one or a very few in the theatre who saw it initially and then the entire theatre caught on...

"Mooses are nasty...My sister was bitten by a moose"!!!

Not to mention the Frenchmen on the ramparts..."I blow my nose in your general direction, you English pig dog!!!"

Classic stuff. In fact this thread could end challenging 'The Real Life' thread as there are just so many highlights from Phyton movies and skits.
