Men book a hotel room which costs €30, so pay €10 each on arrival

After they go to their room the manager realises he's over charged them as the room should only have cost €25.

He sends the bellboy up to their room with their change of €5.  He dosent know how to split it so decides to give each man €1 back & keep €2 for himself.

So each man has now paid €9(9x3=27), the bellboy has €2...........what happened the final €1?

You can't add the 2 euros to the 27 euros paid, as the 27 euros already includes the 2 euros.The riddle is misguiding you and leading you to believe there is a missing euro. If anything, you are left with 32 euros because each man has a euro in his pocket. Comprende?

My answers right. If he was digging her up and replanting her, then the soil around her base would be disturbed, plus she'd be a bit shabby where he's been digging her up and moving her around. Give me my point.

dont focus on the 1 euro dundalk

bellboy has 2
men have paid 10, now 9

each recieved 1 back which is 3. add that to the 25 (real price of room) which makes 28. that leaves 2 which the bellboy has
