help needed!!!

So I'm 72 hours in, about to overun Solitude, so I'm told to make the head guy give up. Big fight, get in there and... nothing. He just talks to me, as if we are not attacking, am I doing something wrong? If this glitch means I gotta start again then I'll cry!

Not sure what you mean by "overun Solitude", maybe it's a quest I haven't started yet. Sorry Daws can't help.

speaking of glitches I have to say I'm pretty stunned at the amount of serious technical flaws I've already encountered in Skyrim, almost immediately I observed a deer enter a river via some form of rigamortis then simply 'popup' on the other side of the river! "What dark art is this?" I wondered

definitely a glitch, I've done that quest Daws and I killed the general. Try killing him

he wont die! he just gets up and is back to normal. Maybe i should capture the smaller stormcloak places first? leave this oen til right at the end?

reading through some skyrim forums, yes its a glitch, try reloading from where Ulfric does the speech when you go into solitude, a lot says it works fine after that. Try killing his body guard first then tullius and stay with Ulfric at all time

and try to be alone with Rikke and Tullius, just charged in without ulfric

I've tried all that, will keep trying, it'll work, im not wasting that 72 hours of play!!!

And im way up in smithing now, so that got me up to level 40 quick and easy

I wasn't going to delve into RPG for a while after the disappointment of Dragonage 2
But this has piqued my curiosity and for A$ 44 on eBay , what the hell

BUY IT! lol

Daws have you fixed it yet? if you didn't then its fooked there is no solution on the 360 only for another patch to come out, on the PC you can skip the mission through the console.

Yeah, did the same thing 6 timers, went off, did the behemoth weird thing, came back and it worked... so yay

My only problem now is im level 40, but already finished most of the side quests and 2/3s through the main quest. Gonna have to do some daedric stuff and just wander about or the game will soon be over!

you have 14 daedric quests in total, I've done around 5 or 6 I think.

I'm at lvl 39 but I haven't even finished half of the side quests lol, check out the bards college

will do. Behemoth was dissapointing, thought it would take longer. Im off for a week so ive decided no more fast travel, even if its other side of the map, im walking everywhere.

Also, you seen the headless horseman? Seen him a few times but never been able to make him stop
