ffs! thats 4 this weekend alone   im walking round me own house in absolute fear of these spawns of satan... one just before shot out from under the couch making me drop a cig onto the armchair as i flew up to get my feet off the floor! bast*rds!!  there should be a spray or something you can just put round all the skirting boards and door frames making a nice toxic entrance for the bloody things.  still, its getting cooler outside and theyre all coming in to take advantage of our new CH system put in last month. i cant stand the damn critters.

:D

There are surface sparays. you spray around door frames, etc, supposed to last up to 3-4 weeks.

Or you could stop being a poof and step on the silly little spiders.

where i used to live there was a very big bit of waste land out the back made up of long grass, needless to say my house used to get spiders running around with bodies the size of my friggin thumb and legs that triple its size.  :suspect:

Dirty little bleeders.

Earwigs crawl into your ear when you are asleep and lay their eggs. At least that was what my sister told me when I was little! I have never tested the theory myself ,but they always give me a cold shiver down my spine.

its funny though how fear can be transmitted to others. for example 2 days ago my 6 year old lad could not have been less bothered by spiders. he's got dozens of plastic/rubber creatures in an insect farm thing that includes 3 'orrible looking arachnids with orange and black legs and sticks coming out their heads with eyes on the end....terrible they are.
yet, because he's seen and heard me, his 18 stone ex-prop fwd of a dad hopping about like a right soft get, skriking for his mum to 'grab a shoe or summat will yer, quick!  guess what - the minute he spotted a real spider scuttling under his wardrobe - he became mortified....my fault that. my 2 and half year old just looks at me as if to say... :glare:  nobheads!

i like spiders, i never kill them or throw them out. they eat the flys and mozzies so they are ok by me.

cockroaches are a different matter, i spray them feckers until they are on their backs dead
