In all honesty, you guys suck. I'm 34 and I'm barely hitting my prime. Sure the music the kids these days listen too sucks, and I don't go to certain chavvy pubs, but apart from that I'm still more awesome than ever.

You try running for a bus and give up as you realise you'll be doing well if you manage to reach the bus stop before the next one arrives  :sniffle

Im noticing some of the "old" symptoms already.. preferring a few drinks than a night club, leaving before last orders, having more food than drink in the fridge.

When the band down the local rub a dub is too loud and you'd rather sit around and talk bollox that you actually can hear, without bemoaning how loud the band is.

I know I know, seeing school kids going to and in school with mobile phones, I don't think the damn things existed when I was at school and I'm not THAT old, compared to Woof or SS that is.

I don't even think the telephone had been invented when Woof was at school.

i was sat on the train this morning and there was a mother and daughter sat opposite me. They were both Hot but i told myself not to look at the daughter becuase she was clearly still in school (i thought). They started to talk about arrangements for the daughters birthday which turned out to be her 21st !!!!!

That made me feel really old

Is right, Dawson. Thinking the music is :censored: and not knowing what's on the radio isn't s sign of getting old. I'd take that as a blessing, because it's not that you're getting old, it's just that you've been around long enough for your ears to know when music actually sounded good on the radio. Moaning about stuff in general: again, that's not a sign of age, it's just the things that I moan about tend to be mostly about the music that's on the radio. Let's face it: there's only so much "gangsta" rap :censored: you can stomach. It all sounds the same, and it's all :censored:. Once upon a time, black artists could belt out a note, and play the guitar like no one elses business. Whereas the white folks are now trying to be black, or else they're singing about a girl or some :censored: like that. As for going to a bar rather than going to a club, again I've alway prefered that. Why? Because in a bar you can actually hear yourself think and speak, and once again, you avoid :censored: music where it's either R&B :censored: like Akon, or some of the terrible repetitive drone that passes for trance music these days. It's not just the music, but the people in those places. Less I say about that the better.

Say it like it is Red, don't hold back.

Another sign of the times is when you look at an ol'slapper and think 'why not?'.
