Hi folks

I recently purchased a new HP computer that includes a 22" HDMI monitor and a TV tuner card. I can definitely watch TV on it but i'm not sure how to!!!

What is the purpose of a set top box and if i do purchase one, will i be able to catch signals to enable me to watch TV on my computer?

I need this to be spot on because they are quite expensive

its a reciever dude, just plug your reception(prob analogue aerial) into the monitor, if u get a high def dvd player plug its hdmi connection in aswell
