well well well, someone has entered my personal profile and edited my signature.

this will also mean that by entering my personal profile they will also be able to read my pms.

it also means that will have access to my password, which also means that i will now have to change my password for all my email accounts etc.

this place gets worse by the day   


oh, i have added a sig again since, no doubt that will disapear along with this thread

Maybe the mods/admin will deign to comment on this ? (I'm not holding my breath ) .

But it's not suspicious IMHO. Mods cannot change signatures nor profiles, LFC or supersub (I think supersub) can.

The last available signature of that user was

Which I guess the admin of this site deemed unacceptable, and thus edited. I can see that the part of the signature that remembers Phil is intact, so the first thing that comes to my mind is that the admin changed that because you cannot insult someone that way in the sig.

I complained about the sig, and the admin did his job, apparently.

I complained about the sig, because I've been insulted, and no apologised were offered. I've been accussed falsely, I claimed my innocence, LFC confirmed my innocence, Supersub claimed I had nothing to do with the accusations, but still, no-one apologised to me for being accused. No proofs of the accusations anywhere, no evidence, just insults, accusations and rants. Still, here I am, giving explanations.

Not only that, the above phrase was put in the signature when Peewee was gone. So I find pretty understandable the admins changed it. It was the least he could do.

I won't enter any further discussion in this thread. I'd suggest the user that is insulting in this thread to moderate his words though, otherwise some mod could use the administrative tools.

sabre used it in a pm to me trying to be clever, whilst he was gloating and trying to wind me up over this whole affair (great behaviour by a mod dont ya think), then the next day the idiot sent me a pm (which he meant to send to someone else) saying how much he disliked me and gloating over his 'get a clue' remark, so now i just give him the remark back as and when i see fit.

i hope that explains it for you (as you know its stus favourite quote)

Not really out of place, your off about your account being changed and your saying your not going to come back so ask them to delete your account, if it stops the countless threads and posts about you complaning about sabre then do it, its starting to get old now and is destroying what was an enjoyable forum.

And on the password front, I like to use different passwords for everything to keep stuff secure, I suggest you try that in future.

Sabre has confirmed that some of the senior mods have the ability to change our sigs . That doesn't particularly alarm me , BUT the fact that they can pry into your private mail is not something i'm happy with .

As far as I'm aware I'm sure the forum owner can view all aspects of user profiles. Signatures, email, etc.
