The thing is she must have said no then tried to get him to stop. By him continuing he must have been forcing her physically with his strength. Saying no but letting him continue without a fight might be acceptable but if she put up a fight to get him to stop and he continued forcing her with his strength then it is definitely rape without question. When a girl lets you in the door it is not indefinite, it is for as long as she wants. If someone invites you to their house then says "leave", you have to go. They may be rseholes  but they are well within rights.
